There are 2 types of L1 Visa:

L1-A for managers/senior executives who are moving to work for a branch or subsidiary in the U.s., or to the U.s. with the aim of opening a new office.
L1-B for the employee has special skills or expertise.

Program L1 what is?

Investor Visa L1 is a nonimmigrant visa for executives and senior management of a company in Vietnam is moving to America to work for the same company has branches in the Us. Visa applicant investment L1 can be the business owner or it could be employees, senior management of the company.

Program eligibility

Company in Vietnam has been active for at least 1 year and has a revenue of over 10 billion/year.
Company in the U.s. and company in Vietnam to be in relationships with each other as company, parent-child, branch or company co-owner.
Company in the U.s. can newly established or already in operation.
The applicant may be business owners or as employees, senior management has worked for the company for a minimum of 1 year within 3 years before filing.
Applicants to the U.s. to do the same ministry senior management.
