Kimpton Hotels & restaurants (by IHG hotels & resorts) is the EB-5 project, the largest and only in Main Street – road center in Fredericksburg, Texas. The development of the real estate aims to meet the growing demand of hotel accommodation and conference center in the city of Frederickburgs.

Area of more than 89,000 m² was planning attentive to become an architectural efficient, spacious and fully equipped facilities.

• Total capital projects: $176,000,000.
• Management fee: $70,000.
• Term investment: $800,000.
• The number of jobs EB-5 requirements: 820 work.
• The number of jobs created, according to the estimates: more than 1230 job.

Strategy payback:

1. Interest rate of 1% in a period of 5 years.
2. Ensure the I-526E is approved.
